E. Howard & Co., Boston, C.1890, "REGULATOR No. 70", in a cherry case, weight driven, 8-day, 12 inch dial.
CONDITION:
about as good as it gets for a #70. The finish on the case is original; dial is original with some fading of signature and minor chips; has good pendulum, plus tie down. The only minor detraction is a repainted weight baffle. Ht 32"
